HR & Finance Administrator
Renee is key in fostering a thriving and engaged company culture and ensuring we are empowered to deliver exceptional service to all our clients. She facilitates recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new team members, leads team-building initiatives, is responsible for internal finance, payroll, and benefits administration, and various other HR functions.
Renee holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has cultivated a comprehensive skill set encompassing human resources, education, bookkeeping, and marketing. Renee embodies a balance of head and heart, being both systems-oriented and passionate about empowering others to achieve their full potential.

In her free time, Renee enjoys spending time with loved ones, exploring the outdoors, listening to music, and pursuing creative hobbies like gardening and baking. She is a continuous learner, eager to expand her knowledge and explore new interests.
