Renee Oommen, SHRM-CP
HR & Finance Administrator
Renee ensures our team is best-positioned to serve all our clients. She is responsible for hiring and onboarding new team members, for internal finance, accounting, and various HR functions so our planners can focus on serving clients.
Renee graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with a degree in Microbiology. Soon after, she acquired her teaching license specializing in the life sciences and taught high school biology and environmental science at all levels. Her career path has been extensive – with deep experience in bookkeeping, marketing, and secondary education. She is passionate about helping and empowering others.

On a personal note: Renee, her husband Bobby, and their four children live in the Chicago suburbs. She is happiest spending quality time with her family and friends. In her spare time, Renee loves being out in nature, watching sports, listening to music and working with her hands (gardening, baking, etc.).
