Mia Anzalone
Financial Planning Analyst
As Financial Planning Analyst, Mia assists Paraplanners with analysis and preparation for client meetings, updates clients’ financial plans, and contributes to financial planning projects and research.
Mia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics with minors in Data Science/Statistics and Public Policy from Carleton College in 2026. She was also a member of the varsity women’s soccer team at Carleton, which made a run to the “Elite Eight” in the NCAA Tournament during their 2025 fall season. A recent graduate of Carleton College, Mia spent the spring and summer interning with TNLPG’s Operations and Planning departments.
Before TNLPG, she held internships with the City of Northfield and DKT International, a global nonprofit. Across these roles, she found working with small business owners and helping them reach their financial goals the most rewarding — an experience that, paired with her eagerness to learn and her love of solving puzzles, led her to pursue financial planning.
On a Personal Note
Mia lives in the Chicagoland area with her family. When not traveling up to MN to visit her old soccer teammates, Mia enjoys weightlifting, running, reading, trying new coffee places, and cooking/baking. She also really loves attending live sports games and music festivals. Mia hopes to travel back to London where she studied abroad in 2024 and visit more national parks in the United States and Canada.
